• 2:10 p.m. Monday - Joshua T. Ellis, 20, of 3762 W. Old 30, #37E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. Bond: $700.
