Kosciusko County Surveyor Michael Kissinger spent Saturday teaching the Scouts of Troop 715 about the surveyor in American History and how it related to Kosciusko County. He talked about the responsibilities of the surveyor and the advancement of equipment used with the new technology, from having a long metal tape-measure to the new laser. The Scouts were shown how everything worked and why accurate readings were needed.
