Arrow of Light Scouts from Packs 3715, 3770 and 3782 recently had a “Cross-Over” Ceremony hosted by Scout Troop 715. The ceremony is held when Cub Scouts journey into the older Scout Troop program. The program was under the direction of 715 Leader Stephanie Naundorf.
