The first thing I will say is, I love sports. My wife and I watch most of the sports now back on TV. That may change as we observe so much dishonoring of our national anthem and flag.
But I digress. What I want to write about is high school and college sports. I have a question for you. Would you send the student in your home to school if they were not required to wear a mask, or practice social distancing, hand cleaning, etc.? The answer is no, you wouldn’t.
I am hearing all the time schools and colleges are starting up practice for sports programs. Your students in these sports do not wear a mask, do not practice social distancing, hand cleaning, etc. I don’t get it! What is going on? Why are they doing something to our kids that could expose them to this terrible pandemic? I just don’t get it!
