• 1:15 p.m. Thursday - John Deward Bullington, 49, of 202 Herendeen St., Silver Lake, arrested on a misdemeanor for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 4:11 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Edward Ratliff, 34, of 7232 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 8:11 p.m. Thursday - Kandyse Beryl Warbrick, 21, of 221 S. High St., #C, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 8:58 p.m. Thursday - Kristina Louise Rosenberger, 34, of 920 Anchorage Road, #84, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine or possession of paraphernalia and theft. No bond set.

• 10:45 p.m. Thursday - Jordan Scott Brinegar, 26, of 712 S. Dixie Drive, North Webster, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drugs, possession of paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.

• 9:53 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East Washington and South Main streets, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Andrew R. Tuttle, 22, Converse; Richard I. Carmien, 67, Albion. Damage: $1,000-$2,5000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 9 a.m. Thursday - Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 9900 block of South Ind. 15, Silver Lake. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:32 a.m. Thursday - Photo/optical equipment and power rinse was reported stolen from Menards in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:11 p.m. Thursday - Fraud was reported in the 200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:05 p.m. Thursday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:33 p.m. Thursday - Clothing and sea animals were reported stolen from Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Walmart. WPD.

• 9:03 p.m. Thursday - Domestic battery was reported in the 600 block of East Fort Wayne, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:12 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:20 p.m. Thursday - A theft was reported at Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:05 a.m. Friday - A drug overdose was reported in the 500 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:32 a.m. Friday - Simple assault was reported in the 200 block of South Sherman Street, Warsaw. WPD.
