• 7:23 p.m. Tuesday - Johnathon W. Shepherd, 25, of 901 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:05 a.m. Wednesday - Eric M. Frye, 34, of 1708 Tippecanoe Drive, Apt. D, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing bodily injury to a pregnant family member. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:49 p.m. Wednesday - Haley D. Fountain, 27, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary and theft of a firearm. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:33 p.m. Wednesday - Natasha Lauran Lynn Northern, 17, of 603 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for felony battery causing serious bodily injury. No bond listed.

• 3:36 a.m. Thursday - Gage N. Ramer, 25, Osceola, arrested for resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:18 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Detroit and East Center streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Alexis M. Music, 18, East CR 100S, Pierceton; Jose A. Cifuentes Castillo, 60, North Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 10:36 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center and Parker streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Rebecca Crabtree, 35, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; Joseph A. Nelson, 22, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:37 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 1700 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, for domestic battery causing bodily injury to a pregnant family member. WPD.

• 12:25 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of New Market in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster, reported all-terrain vehicles were being driven on the private property and caused damage to the property. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 12:51 p.m. Wednesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 400 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:12 p.m. Wednesday - An operating a vehicle while intoxicated investigation was opened in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
