She was born Jan. 13, 1954, in Kosciusko County to LaMar S. and Lois Evelyn Dunnuck Sechrist.
Judy had worked as a financial advocate for IU Health at Anglemeyer Clinic in Nappanee. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Wakarusa. Judy enjoyed painting, crocheting and knitting.
Surviving are her sisters: Janice Fountain, Sabetha, Kan.; JoAnn Saltsgiver, McSherrystown, Pa.; June Klotz, Etna Green; Jerlyn Davis, Mount Juliet, Tenn.; brother, Jim (Marilyn) Sechrist, Salem, Ind.; and seven nieces and 11 nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Jerry.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, private family graveside services at Union Center Cemetery will be held at this time and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are with Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
