• 10:11 a.m. Monday - Gary L. Black Jr., 28, of 321 W. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:30 a.m. Monday - Angela K. Spencer-Reed, 50, Bremen, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:10 p.m. Monday - Kent G. Green, 58, of 9965 W. River Road, North Manchester, arrested for operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more. Bond: $1,300.

• 1:51 p.m. Monday - Matthew D. Robinson, 31, Parker City, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:39 p.m. Monday - Dennis E. Bradley, 30, Rochester, arrested for residential entry, domestic battery in the presence of a child, simple assault domestic battery and criminal mischief. Bond: $5,100.

• 4:53 p.m. Monday - Rebecca J. Shaw, 39, of 9980 N. CR 100E, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 6:49 p.m. Monday - Justin E. Huttinger, 35, Wabash, arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:28 a.m. Tuesday - Sarah A. Kreis, 27, of 3211 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 6:32 p.m. Monday - West U.S. 30, 1,000 feet east of North CR 500W, Warsaw. Motorcycle tire went flat, crashed. Driver: Justin L. Ewald, 36, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Injuries: Ewald was treated by medics on scene for cuts to the face and neck pain. He was taken by private vehicle to an area hospital for treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:34 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Pickup-semi collision. Drivers: Christopher P. Murphy, 47, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; Charles E. Keller, 45, Bryant, Ind. Injuries: Murphy was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, for complaint of head and neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
