The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:39 p.m. Thursday - Nathan Wayne Carper, 32, Union, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600.

• 2:07 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy Joe Jones, 26, of 3495 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, intimidation, driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a handgun without a license. No bond set.

• 3:55 p.m. Thursday - Jason David Weisser, 37, of 904 N. Mill St., Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:05 a.m. Friday - Robert Keith Powell, 29, of 524 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, resisting law enforcement, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, misdemeanor probation violation and two counts of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:26 p.m. Wednesday - 2400 E. Center St., Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Morgan R. Bobeck, 26, New Paris; Anna L. Frantz, 26, Rochester. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• 3:50 p.m. Thursday - A bike was reported stolen in the 700 block of West Chestnut Street, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:40 p.m. Thursday - Felony intimidation was reported in the 1400 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:52 a.m. Friday - Child molesting was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
