• 11:03 a.m. Monday - Robert W. Russell III, 24, of 1014 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $10,750.

• 11:34 a.m. Monday - Scott L. Prater, 53, of 506 W. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for violation of a court order. No bond set.

• 11:48 a.m. Monday - Arlin J. Miller, 20, Topeka, Ind., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 12:08 p.m. Monday - Devin W. Murtaugh, 35, Columbia City, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:49 p.m. Monday - Patrick D. Wessels, 31, Indianapolis, arrested for fraud. No bond set.

• 2:14 p.m. Monday - Travis M. Dickson, 35, of 706 N. Main St., Bourbon, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:36 p.m. Monday - Quincy A. Jenkins, 26, Indianapolis, arrested for theft, misdemeanor failure to appear and felony probation violation. Bond: $11,400.

• 11 p.m. Monday - Glen A. Douthitt, 52, of 3456 E. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for simple assault domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:29 a.m. Tuesday - Victor H. Argumedo-Lopez, 25, of 1301 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and on a warrant. Bond: $450.

• 12:51 a.m. Tuesday - Stephen R. Harris, 32, of 5910 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:55 a.m. Monday - 1102 E. Center St., Warsaw. Van not put in park hit driver and a fence owned by Kathryn D. Biltz, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Wanda F. Tupps, 74, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:38 a.m. Monday - A juvenile was reported as a runaway in the 300 block of West Section Street, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 11:42 a.m. Monday - Police requested a warrant for a person for criminal trespass in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:02 p.m. Monday - A man reported his stereo was stolen from his vehicle in the 1000 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Value: $30. WPD.

• 6:44 p.m. Monday - A wallet was reported found in the 100 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:58 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 800 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw, on a warrant and for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 12:37 a.m. Tuesday - Drug paraphernalia was reported found in a bathroom in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
