Miller Shares Crostinis Recipe For People To Enjoy

Bacon Avocado Crostinis
Ready in 20 minutes
Serves 8 people
Ingredients
4 slices cooked crispy Bacon
2 ripe avocados
2 pinches Lemon Twist Sea Salt (Spice Merchants)
1 pinch Butchers Cut Pepper (Spice Merchants)
2 Tablespoons Mushroom Sage Olive Oil (The Olive Branch)
1 Baguette
Preparation
1. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
2. Dice avocado and mix in with bacon, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
3. Slice baguette to ¼-inch thick crostinis and spread an additional 1 tablespoon of mushroom sage olive oil on both sides.
4. Bake sliced bread at 400 degrees for five to seven min making sure to check they are golden brown but not too crunchy or crispy.
5. Pull out of the oven and top with Avocado bacon topping.
Tip: You want a crunchy outside, but soft and chewy on the inside for the bread.
