The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:56 p.m. Saturday - Cody T. Slone, 27, of 1807 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 6:11 a.m. Sunday - Charles E. Grisby, 51, of 509 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $2,250.

• 3:29 p.m. Sunday - James D. Slough, 30, of 2373 E. Kemo Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:03 p.m. Sunday - Daniel A. Middleton, 56, of 1603 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and invasion of privacy. Bond: $5,250.



Incidents

• 2:35 p.m. Sunday - A woman reported her debit card was stolen in the 2300 block of East Kemo Avenue, Warsaw, and $850 was taken. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:40 p.m. Sunday - A mailbox was reported as hit by a vehicle in the 11500 block of North Ind. 13, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 5:49 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested in the 1600 block of Dot Street, Warsaw, for domestic battery and invasion of privacy. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:21 a.m. Monday - A man reported a bicycle was stolen in the 700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
