• 11:22 a.m. Thursday - Matthew Lamar Knopps, 27, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:48 a.m. Thursday - Corey Lee Limauro, 23, Columbia City, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:29 p.m. Thursday - Jorge Alejandro Granados, 21, of 2623 E. Forest Circle, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 2:58 p.m. Thursday - Todd Lee Dickey, 50, of 1607 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $500.

• 4:10 p.m. Thursday - Phillip E. Reynolds, 56, of 1991 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $151.50.

• 4:43 p.m. Thursday - Daniel Thomas Kern, 48, of 9377 W. CR 300N, Etna Green, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 6:27 a.m. Friday - Tom T. Kemp, 39, Marion, arrested for theft of a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:48 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East CR 225S and Sandra Lane, Winona Lake. Van hit deer. Driver: Cynthia K. Orland, 62, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:24 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for theft of a vehicle in the 100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
