• 2:31 p.m. Tuesday - Michael T. Maskow, 44, Goshen, arrested for three felony failure to appear charges. No bond listed.

• 3:17 p.m. Tuesday - Gavin R. Heckaman, 28, of 5678 S. CR 200W, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $4,500.

• 4:41 p.m. Tuesday - Jose L. Diaz, 46, of 3762 W. Old Road 30, #685, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $264.

• 9:53 p.m. Tuesday - Austin N. Spurling, 25, of 514 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $15,250.

• 10:32 p.m. Tuesday - April M. Blair, 26, of 951 W. Van Buren St., Apt. A, Nappanee, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 11:25 p.m. Tuesday - Ashton M. Dobbs, 18, of 6825 S. CR 300E, Claypool, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $450.

• 12:33 a.m. Wednesday - Robert E. Bruce Jr., 29, of 1404 Tippecanoe Drive, Apt. D1, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life. Bond: $700.

• 12:35 a.m. Wednesday - Samantha M. Jackson, 29, of 308 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, false informing and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:53 a.m. Wednesday - Roger A. Dickess, 39, of 20207 CR 46, New Paris, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:22 a.m. Wednesday - Victor H. Gomez, 43, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #146, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and forgery for possessing, producing and distributing false government identification. Bond: $500.

• 5:10 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Union Street and West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Edna R. Rekucki, 47, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Janice K. Strang-Koser, 61, East CR 350S, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:11 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 1400 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw, resulted in a warrant being served. WPD.

• 4:51 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported seven debit and credit cards were stolen in the 300 block of North Cook Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:12 p.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery was reported in the 600 block of Biscayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:33 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 2800 block of West Old Road 30, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life. WPD.

• 1:14 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.

• 2:53 a.m. Wednesday - Police responding to a suspicious vehicle parked in a business parking lot in the 300 block of East Camp Mack Road, Milford, resulted in the arrest of a man for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended, with the female passenger being arrested for false informing, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and an active warrant for another county. Milford Police Department investigated.
