• 3:42 p.m. Sunday - Carl L. Jackson, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:18 p.m. Sunday - Sheila M. White, 28, of 18 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 8:14 p.m. Sunday - David A. Shadd, 31, of 208 S. James St., Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:44 p.m. Sunday - Austin M. Parks, 20, of 422 S. Union St., Apt. E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, felony failure to appear and felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:11 p.m. Sunday - Martha M. Collins, 33, of 5575 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:18 a.m. Monday - Kegan C. Young, 31, of 209 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested on a civil warrant. No bond listed.

• 5:54 a.m. Monday - James L. Stump, 47, of 528 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 11:24 a.m. Sunday - South County Farm Road, 500 feet south of Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Woman exited her vehicle to take a picture and thought the vehicle was in park; the vehicle’s driver’s side rear tire ran over her left leg. Driver: Susan L. Walsh, Willowbrook, Ill. Injury: Walsh was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital for unknown injuries. Damage: Less than $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:11 p.m. Sunday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Tena M. Hoffer, 52, East High Street, Etna Green; Ashlen L. Morrow, 21, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:55 p.m. Sunday - West CR 200S, 1,500 feet east of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Linda Hughes, 67, South Tinkey Road, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:21 p.m. Sunday - North CR 175E, 10 feet south of East CR 200N, Warsaw. SUV hit utility pole and later a roadway light owned by Kosciusko REMC, South CR 250E, Warsaw. Driver: Nicholas O. Roberts, 39, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 7:31 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 900E, Sidney. Deer ran into car. Driver: Christopher K. Hollopeter, 25, West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 8:33 p.m. Sunday - A traffic stop in the 300 block of South High Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 12:23 a.m. Monday - A rape was reported in the EMS block of 33 R 4 Lane, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 1:30 a.m. Monday - A man reported property found in the 7100 block of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
