• 7:08 a.m. Wednesday - Thomas E. Gunnoe, 56, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• Noon Wednesday - Clifford A. Clevenger, 73, of 2658 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $600.

• 1:57 p.m. Wednesday - Robert T. Renier, 39, of 11469 Executive Blvd., Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 2:50 p.m. Wednesday - Rebecca A. Webb, 49, of 120 Fawley St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 2:51 p.m. Wednesday - Walter A. Vitalone Jr., 56, of 762 Eagle St., Warsaw, arrested for bond revoked. No bond set.

• 3:58 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua S. Jennings, 38, of 8848 S. South Hill Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for burglary. Bond: $5,750.

• 6:34 p.m. Wednesday - Christy D. Warstler, 48, of 207 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for invasion of privacy and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,500.

• 7:08 p.m. Wednesday - Jonathon B. Craft, 20, of 107 N. Acorn St., Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $500.

• 11:47 p.m. Wednesday - James A. Walters, 64, of 12198 N. Mariposa Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:44 a.m. Thursday - Mark D. Priest, 50, Columbia City, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

Gayheart, 72, West Main Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Gayheart complained of left shoulder pain but refused treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:49 p.m. Wednesday - Misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury was reported in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
