• 12:19 a.m. Saturday – Frank S. Daniels, 34, Middlebury, arrested on two felony failure to appear charges. No bond set.

• 4:43 a.m. Saturday – Eli F. Vasquez, 43, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 4:49 a.m. Saturday – Amanda Venegas, 25, of 611 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:09 p.m. Saturday – Collene A. Haines, 49, of 902 N. Roosevelt St., Silver Lake, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:20 p.m. Saturday – Patrick A. Manges, 34, of 905 N. Main St., Milford, arrested for burglary. Bond: $15,250.

• 1:39 p.m. Saturday – Jarell D. May Jr., 24, of 8350 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, arrested on a warrant, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:55 p.m. Saturday – Donald K. Klosinski, 43, of 309 N. Morgan St., Apt. D, Mentone, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 11:31 p.m. Saturday – Nathan J. Megething, 25, of 3367 E. Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 12:20 a.m. Sunday – Donald Lavon Clay III, 33, of 4249 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 2:51 a.m. Sunday – Christopher A. Jayne, 28, of 305 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, false informing and felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:50 a.m. Saturday – Husky Trail, 50 feet south of Whitetail Run, Warsaw. Car registered to Robert D. Slone, North Huntington Street, Syracuse, hit road sign owned by Warsaw Street Department, West Center Street, Warsaw, and a mailbox owned by Bryan S. Brooks, Husky Trail, Warsaw, but the driver was not found. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:54 p.m. Saturday – 530 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kerry E. Fribley, 34, EMS T9 Lane, Leesburg; Candace A. Garton, 60, Frontage Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:55 p.m. Sunday – Court Street, 107 feet south of East Market Street, Warsaw. Pickup-van collision. Drivers: Eldon R. Long, 43, East Market Street, Warsaw; Phillip E. Nelson, 76, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 5:28 p.m. Saturday – An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of merchandise. Value: $124.48. WPD.

• 6:46 p.m. Saturday – A woman reported the theft of $3,428.99 in the 100 block of North Tepee Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:53 p.m. Saturday – A woman reported criminal mischief to her vehicle in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $300. WPD.

• 1:09 p.m. Sunday – A bicycle was found behind the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. Value: $100. WPD.
