• 12:34 p.m. Tuesday – Brendt L. Smith, 60, of 1100 W. Canal St., Winona Lake, arrested for battery on a public safety official. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:37 p.m. Tuesday – Teresa M. Kneller, 41, of 408 N. Elm St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $450.

• 2:27 p.m. Tuesday – Jeremiah D. Lowe, 36, of 3393 E. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $9,000.

• 4:28 p.m. Tuesday – Harry S. Sturgeon Jr., 54, homeless, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 5:04 p.m. Tuesday – Aaron M. McKibben, 29, of 311 W. Valleyview Drive, Syracuse, arrested after his bond was revoked. No bond set.

• 6:35 p.m. Tuesday – Tori L. David, 41, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, Lot 45, North Webster, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:26 p.m. Tuesday – Lacey R. Trowbridge, 27, 405 S. Washington St., Bourbon, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:20 p.m. Tuesday – Brandi N. Couch, 25, of 5985 E. Old 30, #6, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:31 p.m. Tuesday – Randy Walgamuth, 59, homeless, arrested for criminal trespass, public intoxication and on two misdemeanor failure to appear charges. Bond: $6,050.

• 2:24 a.m. Wednesday – David R. Oaks, 38, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, #42, North Manchester, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:28 a.m. Wednesday – Allison I. Blanchard, 28, of 703 W. Market St., Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:46 a.m. Wednesday – Lisa F. Keough, 50, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested on two misdemeanor failure to appear charges. No bond set.

• 1:56 p.m. Tuesday – North CR 800W, 500 feet south of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole owned by Kosciusko REMC, South CR 250E, Warsaw. Driver: Melissa M. Gunter, 49, East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:42 p.m. Tuesday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Nathan N. York, 23, North Ind. 15, Warsaw; Sara J. Hawblitzel, 70, EMS C 27C Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:28 a.m. Tuesday – A man reported his cellphone was stolen in the 1800 block of Nye Street, Warsaw. Value: $500. KCSO.

• 3:39 a.m. Tuesday – A man reported his clothes, shoes and ankle bracelet monitoring charging cord were stolen in the 100 block of EMS T 26H Lane, Leesburg. Value: $405. KCSO.

• 3:36 a.m. Wednesday – An individual was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 400 block of West Catholic Street, Pierceton. KCSO.
