• 1:45 p.m. Monday – Franklin P. Bright, 35, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #146, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:47 p.m. Monday – Nichola A. Watson, 40, Ligonier, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:25 p.m. Monday – Tommie L. Jones, 23, Indianapolis, arrested for criminal recklessness. Bond: $5,500.

• 7:57 p.m. Monday – Michael J. Knoop, 24, of 3380 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

• 8:43 p.m. Monday – Jorge Suastes Perez, 22, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #91, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 9:29 p.m. Monday – Tarah R. Prater, 33, of 653 Heritage Lane, Warsaw, arrested on two theft charges. Bond: $10,500.

• 1:24 a.m. Tuesday – Katiera M. Parsons, 23, of 210 S. Main St., #13, Etna Green, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 5:27 a.m. Tuesday – Alejandro M. Gonzalez, 38, of 409 Mineral Springs Ave., Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life. Bond: $700.

• 2:46 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 300N, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Michelle K. Black, 25, Fort Wayne; Brenda C. Welling, 63, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Injuries: Welling was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital for complaint of pain in her chest, legs, left wrist and neck; Black complained of knee pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:11 p.m. Monday – North CR 150W, 300 feet south of U.S. 30, Warsaw. Four-car pileup. Drivers: Jeannine M. Boyer, 75, North Lake Street, Warsaw; Sarah E. Stinfer, 31, North Aspen Drive, Warsaw; Andy J. Nelson, 30, Kinney Drive, Warsaw; Matthew D. Tedesco, 25, Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Boyer was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital for complaint of chest pain; Stinfer was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, because she was pregnant, and the passenger in her vehicle, 4-year-old Parker Stinfer, North Aspen Drive, Warsaw, was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, for a possible broken tooth from the accident. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 1:09 a.m. Tuesday – Shelden Street, 300 feet north of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Car left roadway and hit street light post. Driver: Taylar Roberts, 27, East Smith Street, Milford. Injuries: Roberts was treated by medics on scene for complaint of pain in her right hip, right leg, right shoulder and chest, but refused transport to a hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 3:56 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Alejandro M. Gonzalez, 38, Mineral Springs Avenue, Warsaw; Ashlee R. Smith, 26, South Hickory Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 7:44 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Janet L. Hazelett, 74, South Whitley; Arturo Rodriguez, 22, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:11 a.m. Monday – An employee of Lakeside Chevrolet in the 400 block of Chevy Way, Warsaw, reported the theft of a 2020 black Chevrolet Silverado. Value: $75,205. WPD.

• 7:13 p.m. Monday – A report of disorderly conduct in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of an individual. WPD.

• 3:56 a.m. Tuesday – A traffic stop in the 1200 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of an individual for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. WPD.
