• 12:53 p.m. Tuesday – Armond L. Brown, 27, of 500 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for theft. No bond set.

• 12:54 p.m. Tuesday – Christina D. Beliles, 20, of 500 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 2:34 p.m. Tuesday – Robert P. Snell, 44, of 920 Anchorage Road, Lot 93, Warsaw, arrested for sexual battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:39 a.m. Wednesday – Lucky J. Winters, 26, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #99, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $500.

• 10:29 a.m. Wednesday – Tyler A. Prestin, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #154, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:15 p.m. Wednesday – Michael L. Burmeister II, 29, South Bend, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,500.

• 7:35 a.m. Tuesday – East Ind. 14, 1,500 feet east of South Ind. 13, North Manchester. Car runs into bean field owned by John E. Deneve, South Ind. 13, Claypool. Driver: Gabrielle Craft, 17, South CR 500 East, Warsaw. Injuries: Craft was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Columbia City, for neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday – West South Street, 35 feet west of South Main Street, North Webster. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Deborah A. Wright, 57, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw; Shannon K. Jacobs, 42, East CR 800 North, North Webster. Damage: $750-$1,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 3:13 p.m. Tuesday – A license plate was reported lost in the 100 block of South McKinley Street, Warsaw. Value: 20. WPD.
