• 10:20 a.m. Tuesday – Robert Gonzalez Jr., 19, of 3762 W. Old 30, #98E, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 10:33 a.m. Tuesday – Laura E. Vinson, 24, of 322 N. Cook St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 10:19 a.m. Monday – Intersection of North Parker and East Center Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Karrie M. Carpenter, 49, Columbia City; Abigail J. Lehman, 18, Odon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:38 p.m. Monday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Alexander V. Rodriguez, 33, North CR 400W, Leesburg; Morgynn L. Summers, 20, West CR 550N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 6:54 p.m. Monday – East CR 1400N, 1,000 feet east of North CR 150E, Milford. Deer hit motorcycle. Driver: Scott R. Looney, 35, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 6:56 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Rozella Road and Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. SUV-motorcycle collision. Drivers: Tana M. Wilhelmi, 32, South Ind. 25, Mentone; Joshua J. Anderson, 35, West CR 150S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:01 a.m. Monday – A traffic stop resulted in an “operating a vehicle while intoxicated” report in the 500 block of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 1:16 a.m. Monday – Criminal mischief was reported after someone spraypainted a wall of the Dollar General building in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $50. WPD.

• 3:17 p.m. Monday – An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of merchandise. Value: $60.41. WPD.

• 8:01 p.m. Monday – A suicidal person was reported in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.
