• 6:35 a.m. Wednesday - James A. Evett, 31, of 9675 E. Seneca Lane, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 10:58 a.m. Wednesday - Mitchell A. Dawson, 38, of 5829 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:44 a.m. Thursday - Jose C. Gonzalez, 29, of 402 Tecumseh St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:06 p.m. Wednesday - S. Ind. 25, 800 feet south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Juan C. Nunez, 65, South Harding Street, Warsaw; Bernard J. Senn, 58, CR 46, New Paris. Injuries: Nunez was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for an injured left arm. Senn was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:59 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:51 p.m. Wednesday - An Apple watch was found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Value: $200. WPD.

• 12:10 a.m. Thursday - A driver was arrested in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. WPD.
