N. Manchester Model Speaks On Career

NORTH MANCHESTER – The North Manchester Historical Society will welcome Murph Damron, who will be summarizing her career as a model and stylist on Nov. 11.

The program will be in the assembly Rroom at 6:30 p.m. at Timbercrest Retirement Center, 2201 East St., North Manchester. It is open to the public at no cost and will be for audiences of all ages.  

Damron, a North Manchester native and former model and fashion show producer, worked in the fashion industry when Betsy Johnson was a newcomer and during the “Swing’n 60s” scene. Damron has modeled in Paris and London, living for 14 years in London.
