• 9 a.m. Monday - George F. Lantz, 50, of 600 N. Lake St., Apt. C, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:34 a.m. Monday - Chris L. Matza, 62, of 7849 N. CR 400E, Leesburg, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 1:49 p.m. Monday - Rodney D. Plumley, 41, Bluffton, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 2:52 p.m. Monday - Madeleine V. Waikel, 21, of 204 N. Perry Drive, Milford, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:34 a.m. Tuesday - Juan Luis Fuentes-Rivera, 29, Goshen, arrested for burglary and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $15,183.50.

• 12:42 p.m. Monday - A woman told police she lost her purse and wallet in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Value: $25. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:06 p.m. Monday - A man reported the window of his house had been shot out in the 100 block of EMS B38 B Lane, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 4:57 p.m. Monday - A woman reported the theft of a laptop, food, clothing, jewelry and collectible figurines from her home in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Value: $800. WPD.

• 3:47 a.m. Tuesday - A woman reported her house was burglarized in the 8800 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster, and that items were moved in the home and $30 was taken from a dresser drawer. Value: $30. KCSO.

• 5:29 a.m. Tuesday - A driver in the 100 block of South High Street, Warsaw, was cited for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

Warsaw City Council Continues Discussion On Downtown Parking Changes
A soft rollout of the new downtown Warsaw parking technology and ordinances could come as early as August, with the official rollout in the fall. City Planner Justin Taylor told the Warsaw Common Council Monday that on May 7 the Warsaw Traffic Commission voted unanimously to give a favorable recommendation to the council related to the proposed changes for downtown parking.
