WCS Announces Parent-Teacher Conferences And Fall Break Schedule

Students will be dismissed from classes during this time and all buildings will be closed. School will resume Monday.

Elementary School Schedule
• Tuesday, Oct. 22, grades K-6, parent teacher conferences will be held from 4 to 8 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 23, grades K-6, parent teacher conferences will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Middle School Schedule
Edgewood and Lakeview Middle Schools will continue to hold quarterly conferences. The first conference with parents was held Sept. 19. There will be no conferences during fall break.
Upcoming dates and times for parent-teacher conferences for both middle schools are listed below:
Middle School fall, winter and spring conferences
• Nov. 21, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• Feb. 20, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• April 30, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
High School Schedule
Warsaw Community High School parent teacher conferences will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, as well as 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23. Ten minutes will be allocated for each parent-teacher session. Please be considerate of waiting parents. If needed, schedule an additional conference at a later date.
All WCHS and Warsaw Area Career Center departments will be located alphabetically in the following areas in the Tiger Den, cafeteria and media center.
Departments in the Tiger Den will include art, English learners, English, math, science, social studies, STARR and world languages. The lower cafeteria will include APEX, attendance, band, choir, counselors, dance, JAG, JROTC, orchestra, physical education, Step One, theater. The upper floor of the cafeteria will include agriculture, business, FACS, health science and technology. Ms. Beck will hold conferences in the media center.
WCHS requests all patrons park in “D” lot and enter the building through Door 29. Door 29 is located at the entrance of the Tiger Den, and will be the only entrance used for parent-teacher conferences.

• Tuesday, Oct. 22, from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
