• 6:07 p.m. Friday - Jennifer L. Gasaway, 34, of 5775 N. Second St., Warsaw, arrested on two misdemeanor failure to appear charges. Bond: $5,400.

• 10:52 p.m. Friday - Gary G. Gagnon Jr., 44, of 804 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, arrested on a foreign warrant. Bond: $200.

• 11:31 a.m. Saturday - Robert D. Slone, 40, of 407 W. Boston St., Apt. A, Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $500.

• 1:27 a.m. Sunday - Ivan Ocotl, 44, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #133, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:01 a.m. Sunday - Zachary R. Bradley, 27, Plymouth, arrested for resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and reckless driving. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:07 p.m. Sunday - Sean A. Wilson, 20, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:15 p.m. Sunday - Christopher M. Booth, 39, Rochester, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

• 3:18 p.m. Sunday - Brian M. Goslee, 50, Elkhart, arrested for theft with a prior theft conviction, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, false informing and felony probation violation. Bond: $10,500.

Hall, 75, East Old 30, Pierceton. Injuries: Hall complained of back pain but refused treatment by medics on scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:12 p.m. Saturday - 3100 E. Center St., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked car registered to Jaytrindra C. Patel, Frontage Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:45 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Rozella Road, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision; pickup fled scene. Driver remaining: Spencer R. Milford, 22, Duncan Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 6:03 p.m. Sunday - U.S. 30, 200 feet west of North CR 150W, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Tyson J. Montague, 28, East Center Street, Warsaw; Douglas J. Abramowski, 51, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:22 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop in the 1500 block of South Zimmer Road, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.

• 1:08 a.m. Sunday - A driver was arrested in the 3200 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, after leading police on a pursuit and for reckless driving. WPD.

• 8:19 a.m. Sunday - Police responded to a death investigation in the 4200 block of South CR 1150W, Mentone, after someone reported an individual was receiving CPR. KCSO.

• 1:47 p.m. Sunday - An individual was arrested in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for a warrant, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and false reporting. WPD.

• 8:36 p.m. Sunday - An animal bite was reported in the 3200 block of Deerfield Path, Warsaw. WPD.
