• 7:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Old 30, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Samantha N. Stutzman, 25, Villa Court, North Manchester; Cynthia S. Light, 72, Deerfield Path, Warsaw. Injuries: Stutzman was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a cut on her head; Stutzman’s passenger, Tilly Stutzman, 4, was taken by ambulance to KCH for chest pain; Light was taken by ambulance to KCH for a complaint of back pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:34 p.m. Monday - An individual was arrested for public intoxication in the 100 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:26 p.m. Monday - An employee of Walmart, in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of merchandise. Value: $252.92. WPD.

• 7:40 a.m. Tuesday - A man reported a firearm was stolen in the 100 block of West Noah Street, Claypool. Value: $600. WPD.
