• 9:27 p.m. Sunday - Jeremy W. Doty, 46, of 2731 N. Lakeview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 11:15 p.m. Sunday - Mark A. Davis, 43, Oshkosh, Wis., arrested for failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 12:43 a.m. Monday - Pepper M. Dickie, 44, of 4480 E. CR 450N, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:56 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Center and North Buffalo Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Robert A. Ford, 53, South Union Street, Warsaw; Nicole R. Marsillett, 38, South Side Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Passengers in Marsillett’s vehicle, Liberty Marsillett, 11, and Serenty Marsillett, 6, complained of pain and were treated by medics on scene. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:32 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of South Buffalo and West Prairie Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Melanie A. Martin, 38, West Nina Lane, Warsaw; Phillip A. Olson, 25, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:44 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Trinity J. Evans, 18, Robb Road, Warsaw; Socorro J. Vallejo, 46, Rieder Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:07 p.m. Sunday - 2056 N. CR 150W, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office SUV hit pole. Driver: Shane M. Bucher, 45, East Mock Road, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO investigated.

• 1:54 a.m. Sunday - A natural death was reported in the 800 block of North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. KCSO.

• 4 p.m. Sunday - A driver was arrested in the 2300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.

• 4 p.m. Sunday - A driver was arrested for OWI in the 2300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, and preliminarily charged with leaving the scene of an accident. WPD.

• 5:19 p.m. Sunday - A woman reported fraud in the 1500 block of East CR 300N, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8 p.m. Sunday - Two baggies containing methamphetamine were found at the Lassus gas station in the 700 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:08 a.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.

• 5:02 a.m. Monday - A traffic stop in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, resulted in the driver being arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 6:55 a.m. Monday - It was reported that Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory Station #3 in the 600 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw, was egged. WPD.
