• 2:02 p.m. Thursday - Dylan R. Stimeling, 24, of 3501 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $2,750.

• 3 p.m. Thursday - Clinton W. Fairchild, 39, LaFontaine, arrested for possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:06 p.m. Thursday - Paul J. Westberg Jr., 42, of 3762 W. Old 30, #612, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:03 p.m. Thursday - Debra K. Stoebe, 58, of 511 S. First St., Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 5:51 p.m. Thursday - Michelle A. Poe, 34, of 3762 E. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, dealing narcotics, possession of narcotics, dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $25,250.

• 9:45 p.m. Thursday - Michael W. Troup, 52, Columbia City, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:45 a.m. Friday - Brandon D. Hoskins, 25, of 601 Alward St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:04 a.m. Friday - Kayleigh S. Bowman, 27, of 306 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:16 a.m. Friday - Jessica L. Johnson, 43, of 77 Kings Highway, #11, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond listed.

• 4:02 p.m. Thursday - A woman reported her eye glasses and charger box were stolen in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Value: $360. WPD.

• 4:43 p.m. Thursday - A woman reported a hit and run accident in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:43 p.m. Thursday - Domestic battery was reported in the 300 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:43 p.m. Thursday - A man reported a hit and run accident in the 400 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Damage: $500. WPD.

• 7:24 p.m. Thursday - A person operating a vehicle while intoxicated was reported in the 500 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 2:23 a.m. Friday - An individual was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of a syringe in the 100 block of Kings Highway, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 4:07 a.m. Friday - Domestic battery was reported in the 300 block of Turkey Creek Drive, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
