• 1:56 p.m. Monday - Gary Gene Gregory, 57, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 2:25 p.m. Monday - Jared Stanley Kelly, 19, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $450.

• 6:09 p.m. Monday - Marc Kyle Sutherland Sr., 44, Kokomo, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:23 p.m. Monday - Brandon Robert Chambers, 25, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 85, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $500.

• 9:35 p.m. Monday - Melanie Marie Davis, 39, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #218, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 11:15 p.m. Monday - Nathan Paul Nelson, 20, of 4028 N. CR 150W, Warsaw, arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 11:52 p.m. Monday - Jacqueline Lynn Deboard, 49, Rome City, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:26 a.m. Tuesday - Gumaro Rangel, 37, Logansport, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:32 a.m. Tuesday - Dominique Desmond Richardson, 28, of 620 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:38 a.m. Tuesday - Grant Matthew Bibler, 18, of 15 Trailside Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 12:25 p.m. Tuesday - Heather Michelle Dalton, 42, Mishawaka, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:18 p.m. Monday - East Old 30, 575 feet west of North CR 300E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Ellen J. Fowler, 39, East Kiser Lake Drive, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 10:08 p.m. Monday - 809 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Van backed into pole in parking lot. Driver: Gumaro Rangel, 37, Logansport. Damage: Under $750. WPD.

• 2:02 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for criminal possession of a synthetic drug or controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:48 p.m. Sunday - A person wanted another person removed from their home in the 9300 block of East Promontory Point Drive, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:30 a.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 1900 block of Crescent Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:31 p.m. Monday - Underage alcohol consumption was reported in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:30 p.m. Monday - Incorrigible child/habitual disobedience and a juvenile complaint were reported in the 300 block of North Cook Street, Warsaw. WPD.
