The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is:
Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate
Against the property commonly known as 1021 Country Club Rd, Warsaw, IN 46580-5052 and described as follows:
A tract in Government Lot Number 4 being the East fractional Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the centerline of the public highway known as the "Robinson Road" now known as Country Club Road, 110 feet South, 17 degrees 23 minutes East of the intersection of said centerline with the North line of said Southeast Quarter of said Section 17; thence East 132 feet; thence South 17 degrees 23 minutes East 60 feet; thence West 132 feet to the centerline of said road; thence North 17 degrees 23 minutes West along said centerline to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING:
from the above described tract a small triangular strip more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the above described tract and running thence South 17 degrees 23 minutes East, 60 feet; thence West to a point directly South of the Northeast corner of the first above described tract; thence North to said Northeast corner.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants:
Deca Financial Services, LLC, Aaron Michael Minglin and Christopher Allen Minglin
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:
The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Debra L. Minglin, Deceased
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
