    The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Unknown Executors Of The Last Will And Testament, The Unknown Administrators, The Unknown Distributees, Assignees, Legatees, Lessees, Successors In Interest,  Receivers and Trustees Of Barbara J. Kreis, deceased (the “Unknown Heirs of Barbara J. Kreis”)

    To: The Unknown Heirs of Barbara J. Kreis    

    You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above-named.

    That the whereabouts and exact residence of the Unknown Heirs of Barbara J. Kreis, upon diligent inquiry is unknown and it is unknown whether or not they are residents of the State of Indiana.

    That the nature of the suit is as follows:

    The complaint of the plaintiff alleges that Dyrell Kreis and Barbara J. Kreis borrowed money from Farmers State Bank, now doing business as Horizon Bank, pursuant to a promissory note dated October 13, 2009, that the loan is in default and that the balance owed is $111,864.03. The Note is secured by a mortgage on real estate located at 3211 W 700 S, Claypool, IN 46510. Plaintiff is requesting a judgment for the amount owed on the Note, foreclosure of the mortgage and sale of the property by sheriff.

    You must respond to the complaint in writing, personally, or by your attorney within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this Summons by Publication is published and in the case of the failure of you to do so, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

    If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
