He was born on Feb. 20, 1948, in Brzozowa, Poland, to Jan and Anna Bojarzynski Kalinowski.
He attended public school in Poland, came to the United States in 1972 and moved to Kosciusko County 26 years ago from Chicago. He retired from Dalton Foundry in Warsaw after 30 years.
He grew up in the Catholic Church in Poland.
He is survived by twin sister, Helen Kaminski, of Poland; a niece and nephew; and fiancée – Larita Mason, of Etna Green.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County. A graveside service to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, is in charge of the arrangements.
