• 1:54 p.m. Tuesday – Chuulhoon J. Lee, 21, of 516 N. Cook St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,172.

• 2:37 p.m. Tuesday – Katelyn E. Sills, 21, of 1516 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a  prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 4:13 p.m. Tuesday – Shawn A. Collins, 31, of 2575 E. Center St., #117, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 4:31 p.m. Tuesday – Coleman B. Hamilton-Garver, 22, Middlebury, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday – Tara R. Holbrook, 34, of 3697 N. Oakwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:43 p.m. Tuesday – Darius L. Branch, 45, Elkhart, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,750.

• 5:48 p.m. Tuesday – Kathryn M. Rhamey, 27, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 7:12 p.m. Tuesday – Shaquwan Q. Coalmon, 21, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 8:11 p.m. Tuesday – James A. Evett, 31, of 9675 E. Seneca Lane, #42, Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 11:45 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy R. Ruggles, 46, of 920 Anchorage Road, #85, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 12:04 a.m. Wednesday – Shaun S. Burget, 39, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:48 a.m. Wednesday – Grace E. Cummins, 32, of 33017 Inverness Pointe, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 2:42 p.m. Tuesday – North Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Kimberly E. Armstrong, 33, Kendallville; Adriana C. Cruz, 41, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Cruz complained of neck pain and was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:38 a.m. Tuesday – North Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Taylor T. Cowles, 19, East CR 300N, Rochester; Mary L. Espinoza, 52, East Heritage Drive, Pierceton. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 2:15 p.m. Tuesday – Biscayne Avenue, 150 feet east of Sunset Avenue, Warsaw. Vehicle hit parked trailer. Driver: Robert J. Farrar, 75, Biscayne Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:20 p.m. Tuesday – 220 E. Center St., Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Wayne E. Carlin, 72, North Lincoln Street, Warsaw; Kaitlyn R. Klein, 20, West CR 800N, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 6:50 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Columbia Street and West Porter Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Travis D. Lepper, 27, West Jefferson Street, Warsaw; Rachale A. Bragg, 37, North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

 • 9:03 a.m. Tuesday – A pickup truck was reported stolen in the 10600 block of North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Value: $1,000. KCSO.

• 9:51 a.m. Tuesday – A stolen license plate was reported in the 100 block of EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse. Value: $100. KCSO.

• 10:13 a.m. Tuesday – KCSO deputies responded to a report of a fight in progress at the Bowen Center in the 100 block of Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 8:40 p.m. Tuesday – A person was arrested after a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for resisting law enforcement. WPD.

• 12:07 a.m. Wednesday – A syringe was found at Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, resulting in a warrant being requested for a suspect. WPD.

• 12:55 a.m. Wednesday – An employee of McClure Oil, in the 9300 block of South Ind. 15, Silver Lake, reported a theft of $47.42 of gasoline from the station. KCSO.
