• 1:07 p.m. Sunday – Carl L. Grisby, 50, of 509 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 6:50 a.m. Monday – Zachary R. Witt, 21, of 784 N. Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief and public intoxication. Bond: $600.

• 8:43 a.m. Monday – Vanessa R. Newman, 45, of 3710 S. Ind. 15, Pierceton, arrested for felony probation violation and failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:08 a.m. Tuesday – Jeffery D. Welch, 27, of 3080 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 8:28 a.m. Tuesday – Rebecca B. Vanthoff, 56, of 1823 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 12:32 p.m. Tuesday – Courtney C. Bowling, 29, of 8912 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

• 1:54 a.m. Monday – South Ind. 15, 200 feet north of West CR 200 South, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Damion M. Clabaugh, 22, South Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:14 p.m. Monday – 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Pickup hit parked car registered to Thaddeus M. Borchers, Widaman Street, Winona Lake. Driver: Stan K. Leedy, 69, Bluewater Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:45 p.m. Monday – 1740 N. Husky Trail, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle; registration information not listed. Driver: Randy L. Jackson, 53, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:31 p.m. Monday – 376 Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle; registration information not listed. Driver: Michael G. Walls, 54, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:19 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East U.S. 30 and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Karen M. Ketterer, 33, South Harding Street, Warsaw; Theresa D. Fry, 63, CR 52, Nappanee; Ryan S. Caudill, 42, North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Fry suffered injuries to her shoulder and complained of chest pain and was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Fry’s passenger, Matthew D. Bryant, 35, CR 52, Nappanee, was taken by ambulance to KCH for injuries he suffered to his left ribs. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 5:37 p.m. Monday – East CR 450 North, 750 feet east of North CR 175 East, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Tammy L. Deshane, 48, North Maple Way, Leesburg; Michael E. Lane, 56, Lilac Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Deshane suffered injuries to her arm and wrist and was taken by ambulance to KCH. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 9:08 p.m. Monday – Ind. 25, 1,000 feet north of Ford Lane, Warsaw. Car went off road, hit NIPSCO pole. Driver: Esteban Rosas, 22, East Walnut Street, Akron. Damage: $10,00-$25,000. WPD.

• 11:31 a.m. Monday – A burglary was reported in the 1800 block of Sue Avenue, Warsaw. Loss: $2,806.99. WPD.

• 12:45 p.m. Monday – A person was reportedly threatened with a gun in the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 2:07 p.m. Monday – A battery report was taken in the 5700 block of South East Channel Road, Warsaw. KSCO.

• 2:44 p.m. Monday – A theft report was taken in the 400 block of Viewpoint Drive, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:56 p.m. Monday – An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of $77.36 worth of goods from the store, resulting in an individual being arrested for theft, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe. WPD.

• 6:44 p.m. Monday – An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of $119.37 worth of goods from the store, resulting in a warrant being issue for the suspect. WPD.

• 7:20 p.m. Monday – A warrant was requested for a suspect in an alleged battery in the 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:51 p.m. Monday – A man was arrested in the 400 block of East Pope Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. WPD.
