• 9:09 a.m. Wednesday - Russell Melton Jr., 45, Romulus, Mich., arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:02 a.m. Wednesday - Joseph D. Wiggins, 33, of 506 N. Lincoln St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a hypodermic needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:08 a.m. Wednesday - Charles D. Shepherd Jr., 30, of 2507 Glad St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:43 p.m. Wednesday - Christian Moyotl, 19, of 3699 N. 175E, #137, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 3:32 p.m. Wednesday - James R. Parkhurst II, 27, of 213 Stonewall Court, #4, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:13 p.m. Wednesday - Erica F. Alma, 27, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:12 p.m. Wednesday - Jamarcus A. Eldridge, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 6:58 p.m. Wednesday - Todd D. Warren, 55, of 3578 N. Barbee Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,110.50.

• 7:13 p.m. Wednesday - Jayme M. Evett, 26, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #20, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $688.

• 7:34 p.m. Wednesday - Amber L. Tomblin, 31, of 7 EMS D18B Lane, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while classified a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:57 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Christian Moyotl, 19, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Sharon R. Swartz, 72, Atwood. Injury: Swartz complained of left arm pain and was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Moyotl was arrested for driving while suspended. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:01 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 1100W, 2 feet east of West CR 900N, Nappanee. Truck-SUV collision. Drivers: Lyndale O. Schmucker, 37, West CR 275S, Larwill; Melinda K. Chupp, 52, East Camp Mack Road, Milford. Injury: Chupp suffered back injuries and was taken by ambulance to a hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:51 p.m. Wednesday - 1109 Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Joel A. Perez, 56, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; Tirth S. Upadhyay, 26, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 11:44 p.m. Wednesday - Bowser Road, 200 feet south of CR 1200N, Milford. Car hit tree. Driver: Lila D. Gregory, 17, EMS D 22LN, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 5:02 a.m. Thursday - South CR 900W, 800 feet north of Ind. 25, Mentone. Semi hit downed tree. Driver: Isidro M. Flores, 61, West Monoquet Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 6:37 a.m. Thursday - South Ind.19, 500 feet north of West CR 600S, Mentone. Car hit downed tree. Driver: Charles E. Howard, 74, North CR 700W, Nappanee.  Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSO.

• 7:13 a.m. Thursday - South Packerton Road, 1,000 feet south of East CR 700S, Warsaw. Car hit downed tree. Driver: Louis W. Brown, 62, South CR 400E, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 12:57 p.m. Wednesday - A driver was arrested after an accident in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for driving while suspended. WPD.

• 5:36 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Marathon gas station in the 2500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, reported the theft of gasoline. Loss: $30.82. KCSO.

• 6:03 p.m. Wednesday - A 40-year-old man reported an animal bit him in the 500 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:31 p.m. Wednesday - The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident in the 8400 block of North CR 500E, Syracuse, was arrested for being classified a habitual motor vehicle traffic violator. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7:56 p.m. Wednesday - A search warrant executed in the 500 block of Ross Avenue, Warsaw, resulted in the discovery and charging of an individual with possession of marijuana. WPD.
