• 1:05 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua Aaron Bickers, 28, Indianapolis, arrested on three counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Bond: $1,318.50.
• 1:05 p.m. Wednesday - Maggie Mae Scarbrough, 18, Dixon, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.
• 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - Randall James Smith, 38, of 2493 S. Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear on a felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:01 p.m. Wednesday - Skyler Dean Warren, 24, of 105 N. Etna St., #44, Etna Green, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 12:45 a.m. Thursday - Rachel Marie Neace, 36, of 508 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 2:57 a.m. Thursday - Joshua Lee Davis, 38, of 106 S. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 3:53 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30, 400 feet east of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Female passenger exited vehicle and vehicle hit her. Driver: David R. Murdock, 69, Chicago. Injury: Passenger Melissa A. Muhammad, 48, Merrillville, was taken to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, for injuries. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
