• 1:05 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua Aaron Bickers, 28, Indianapolis, arrested on three counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Bond: $1,318.50.

• 1:05 p.m. Wednesday - Maggie Mae Scarbrough, 18, Dixon, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

• 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - Randall James Smith, 38, of 2493 S. Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear on a felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:01 p.m. Wednesday - Skyler Dean Warren, 24, of 105 N. Etna St., #44, Etna Green, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 6:31 p.m. Wednesday - Christy Yavonne Ousley, 44, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:45 p.m. Wednesday - Mary Jean Emline Howard, 51, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 9:52 p.m. Wednesday - Ismael Garcia, 19, of 2622 E. Patterson Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 12:45 a.m. Thursday - Rachel Marie Neace, 36, of 508 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 2:57 a.m. Thursday - Joshua Lee Davis, 38, of 106 S. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accident

• 3:53 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30, 400 feet east of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Female passenger exited vehicle and vehicle hit her. Driver: David R. Murdock, 69, Chicago. Injury: Passenger Melissa A. Muhammad, 48, Merrillville, was taken to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, for injuries. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 2:33 p.m. Tuesday - 50 feet south of 1001 College Ave., Winona Lake. Unknown vehicle hit a parked car registered to Jameson C. Olson, Huntington. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:38 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Roberta S. Williams, 56, North Mishawaka Street, Akron; Herb McKane, 63, West Monroe Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:12 p.m. Wednesday - East Center Street, 200 feet west of South Wood Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Anthony M. Cottrell, 30, East CR 300S, Warsaw; Brooke C. Williams, 22, North Ind. 13, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:30 p.m. Wednesday - East CR 300N, 30 feet east of North CR 600E, Warsaw. Trailer fell off a farm vehicle and slid into a ditch. Driver: Michael R. Reiff, 70, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:08 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Meadow Lark Boulevard and West Lake Street, Warsaw. School bus-van collision. Drivers: Karen S. Loubert, 62, West Pike Street, Warsaw; Anita L. Miller, 73, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:53 p.m. Wednesday - South CR 300E, 300 feet north of East CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Weston B. Hamby, 16, East CR 500S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 10:56 p.m. Tuesday - A person operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 4600 block of West U.S. 30, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:19 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:40 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Camp Mack Road, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 1:51 p.m. Wednesday - Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 8700 block of East CR 350N, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 7:40 p.m. Wednesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 700 block of West Eagle Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
