• 12:37 p.m. Tuesday - Antonio Roberto Alvizo, 33, of 206 N. James St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:38 p.m. Tuesday - Dexter Ross Nine, 32, Rochester, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:35 p.m. Tuesday - Emerson Jon Pelz, 42, of 1171 N. Rumpelstiltskin Drive, Cromwell, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond set.

• 5:14 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Thomas Maskow, 43, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while a habitual traffic violator. No bond set.

• 6:12 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Dion Gongwer, 45, Plymouth, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 7:44 p.m. Tuesday - Victoria Vazquez-Hernandez, 21, of 11300 N. Memorial Pkwy., Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 8:56 p.m. Tuesday - Ted Jefferson Hight, 24, of 597 S. Old 13, lot 20, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 10:36 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Edward Blankenship, 49, of 509 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 7:59 a.m. Wednesday - Cierra Elizabeth Wilson, 26, of 127 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

Personal Injury Accident

• 7:53 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center and North Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jaclyn N. Gorski, 34, Orland Park, Ill.; Ryan C. Ohning, 28, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Gorski complained of bruising to the shoulder and upper arm; Ohning complained of bruising to the knee and lower leg; both refused medical treatment by EMS. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:27 p.m. Tuesday - South Blaine Street, 100 feet north of Effie Mae Street, North Webster. Car went off the road and hit a speed limit sign belonging to the town of North Webster. • 10:24 p.m. Tuesday - A family fight was reported in the 600 block of East CR 900S, Claypool. KCSO.
