• 12:37 p.m. Tuesday - Antonio Roberto Alvizo, 33, of 206 N. James St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:38 p.m. Tuesday - Dexter Ross Nine, 32, Rochester, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:35 p.m. Tuesday - Emerson Jon Pelz, 42, of 1171 N. Rumpelstiltskin Drive, Cromwell, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond set.

• 5:14 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Thomas Maskow, 43, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while a habitual traffic violator. No bond set.

• 6:12 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Dion Gongwer, 45, Plymouth, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 7:44 p.m. Tuesday - Victoria Vazquez-Hernandez, 21, of 11300 N. Memorial Pkwy., Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 8:56 p.m. Tuesday - Ted Jefferson Hight, 24, of 597 S. Old 13, lot 20, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 10:36 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Edward Blankenship, 49, of 509 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 7:59 a.m. Wednesday - Cierra Elizabeth Wilson, 26, of 127 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

Personal Injury Accident

• 7:53 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center and North Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jaclyn N. Gorski, 34, Orland Park, Ill.; Ryan C. Ohning, 28, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Gorski complained of bruising to the shoulder and upper arm; Ohning complained of bruising to the knee and lower leg; both refused medical treatment by EMS. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:27 p.m. Tuesday - South Blaine Street, 100 feet north of Effie Mae Street, North Webster. Car went off the road and hit a speed limit sign belonging to the town of North Webster. Driver: Bonita R. Geiger, 90, North Blaine Street, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:28 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Center Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Bonnie L. Freeman, 27, Wabash; Susan A. Hatala, 70, South Beaver Dam Road, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4:43 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Eastlake Drive and an access road, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Patricia K. Buskirk, 75, West Tyner Street, Warsaw; Kara E. Warren, 25, Lincoln Street, Bourbon. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:11 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Megan M. Donley, 24, Brookview Drive, Warsaw; Alexis R. Swihart, 24, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 12:03 p.m. Monday - A home improvement fraud was reported in the 5900 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 3:56 p.m. Monday - A person wanted on a warrant was found at Fellowship Mission in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, and taken to the KCJ. WPD.

• 4:29 p.m. Monday - A suicidal person in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw, was put in 24-hour emergency detention. WPD.

• 4:54 p.m. Monday - A welfare check was conducted in the 700 block of West Eagle Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:03 p.m. Monday - A fraud was reported in the 700 block of South CR 450E, Pierceton. Loss: $700. KCSO.

• 6:40 p.m. Monday - A rape was reported in the 500 block of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. SPD.

• 10:15 p.m. Monday - Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. A person was arrested for forgery/counterfeiting. Value: $2,000. KCSO.

• 1:23 a.m. Tuesday - A juvenile runaway was reported in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:52 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop led to an arrest on an outstanding warrant as well as possession of marijuana in the 4400 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 12:04 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for invasion of privacy in the 800 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:57 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for sex offender registration violation in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 2:15 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on a warrant for parole violation in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday - Intimidation was reported in the 700 block of North Pleasant Street, Silver Lake. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:38 p.m. Tuesday - A bicyclist hit a train in the 700 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:23 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop occurred in the 200 block of South Johnson Street, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia. WPD.
