Patrick Allen Fuller, 51, of 326 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday for theft. His bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
Court documents filed Thursday list the charges against him as three counts of theft, all level 6 felonies.
On March 18, Warsaw Police Department officer Chuck Hodges met with the owner of Service Liquors. She said she began watching surveillance video of the store and realized Fuller had been stealing money from the business.
The thefts would occur when customers would pay cash at the drawer, she said. Through the video, she was able to determine that from Jan. 8-31, Fuller stole more than $750 from Service Liquors, according to court documents.
In February, Fuller stole more than $750 from the business and in March he stole more than $750.
