• 12:13 p.m. Tuesday – Amber Maris Booher, 33, of 6838 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested on two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 1:36 p.m. Tuesday – Holly Nicole Maynard, 30, Ligonier, arrested for a probation violation. No bond.

• 3:08 p.m. Tuesday – Braxten Ryan Hughes, 20, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond.

•3:38 p.m. Tuesday – Juston Wayde Siede, homeless, charged with criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.

• 6:23 p.m. Tuesday – Clint Jacob Turczi, 31, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #10, North Webster, charged with nonsupport of a dependent. No bond listed.

• 7:40 p.m. Tuesday – Kelly Marie Harner, 29, Benton Harbor, Mich., charged with visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.

• 8 p.m. Tuesday – Bradley Ray Slone, 32, of 208 S. Harrison St., North Webster, charged with visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.

• 8:56 p.m. Tuesday – Christopher Andrew Hinson, 42, South Harrison Street, North Webster, charged with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $10,250.

• 9:27 p.m. Tuesday – Kim Allen Shoemaker, Columbia City, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:45 p.m. Tuesday – Bonnie Ann Stewart, 38, of 2097 S. Maple Run, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation, domestic battery and battery with bodily waste. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:30 p.m. Tuesday – Patrick Allen Fuller, 328 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, charged with theft of property worth at least $50,000. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:20 a.m. today – Samantha Lynn Gentry, 502 E. Miami Drive, Syracuse, charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:27 a.m. today – James Allen Bradley Jr., 22, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 9:13 p.m. Monday – West CR 900N, 500 feet east of North CR 700W, Nappanee. Minivan struck two horses. Driver: Lloyd J. Belongia, 38, West CR 300N, Etna Green. Belongia complained of chest pain and a cut on the left hand and was taken to a hospital by a family member. The horses died in the crash. Damage: $25,001-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:47 p.m. Tuesday – Detroit Street at Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Elaine D. Bertsch, 82, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw; Aaron T. Richard, 32, Oldfather Street, Warsaw. Bertsch was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Community Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Damage: $10,001-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:34 p.m. Tuesday – Shelden Street at CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Todd E. Wilkinson, 52, Lakeview Drive, Warsaw; David Smith, 83, Arlington Lane, Warsaw. A passenger in the Smith vehicle, Treva Smith, 84, Arlington Lane, Warsaw, was taken to a hospital with neck pain. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:19 p.m. Monday – East Pickwick Drive, 200 feet east of South Lakeside Drive, Syracuse. Tire from car struck SUV. Drivers: Jameson W. Gee, 27, North Memorial Parkway, Cromwell; Nicholas A. Newcomer, 21, North CR 825E, Syracuse. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:38 a.m. Tuesday – East CR 200N, 500 feet west of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Driver reported falling asleep at the wheel. Car left the road and struck a barbed-wire fence. Driver: Marissa N. Strickler, 19, Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:10 a.m. Tuesday – Ind. 15, 2,400 feet south of West Union Street, Claypool. Deer struck. Driver: Stacy R. Small, 46, East Ind. 114, Akron. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. KCSO.

• 2:42 p.m. Tuesday – Criminal trespassing was reported in the 2100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:46 p.m. Tuesday – A citizen reported a suspected drunk driver in the 100 block of Smith Street. Warsaw. A driver was subsequently charged with operating while intoxicated.

• 4:12 a.m. today – A traffic stop was made in the 1800 block on West Winona Avenue, Warsaw, and an arrest made for possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.
