Kirkpatricks Planning 50th Anniversary Celebration

John Kirkpatrick and the former Janet L. Reafsnyder were married March 29, 1969, in St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Rushville by the Rev. Clifford Carmichael and the Rev. Thomas Rieke.
John retired from the Times-Union. Janet was a teacher and retired from Warsaw Community High School.
The couple have two children, David A. (Amy) Kirkpatick of Muscatine, Iowa, and Sarah J. Kirkpatrick of Indianapolis. They have two grandchildren, Grant and Ryan.
A celebration with family and friends is planned from 2 to 4 p.m. June 1 at First United Methodist Church Connection.
