On March 10, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy Kreg Kuhn responded to a domestic fight between a woman and Sizemore. When he arrived, Kuhn spoke with the victim who said that the day before she found a bag of methamphetamine in Sizemore’s coat pocket. She also found a text message on his phone from an individual wanting money that was owed.
The victim said immediately after she took possession of Sizemore’s cellphone he exited the shower quickly and placed her in a choke hold, making it so she couldn’t breathe or talk. He eventually released his grip on her and said, “I will kill you and I am friends with all the cops, nobody’s going to believe you.”
Officers saw and photographed bruising on the victim’s neck.
Kuhn talked with the victim’s son who was in the home during the altercation. The son said he didn’t see the altercation but he could hear his mother yelling and saw the injury to his mother’s neck.
Sizemore would not provide a statement to police because he said he wasn’t going back to jail again.
A no-contact order was entered March 14.
