• 11:55 a.m. Thursday - Cara Grace Vuittonet, 30, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 69, Winona Lake, arrested on four counts of neglect of a dependant and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:47 p.m. Thursday - Keshia Renea Hurd, 26, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 69, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and neglect of a dependant. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:47 p.m. Thursday - Keith J. Vuittonet, 32, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 69, Winona Lake, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and five counts of neglect of a dependent. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:06 p.m. Thursday - Scott Lee Prater, 52, of 2512 E. CR 225S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 4:23 p.m. Thursday - Brandie Elizabeth Swick, 32, of 4492 E. CR 600S, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $3,000.
• 4:45 p.m. Thursday - Ronald Edward Maier, 32, of 1776 E. CR 225S, #9, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:32 p.m. Thursday - David Alex Hein III, 19, of 1610-B Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief, residential entry and invasion of privacy. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:26 p.m. Thursday - Daryl Patrick Williams, 26, of 701 N. Pleasant St., Silver Lake, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $574.
• 9:39 p.m. Thursday - Rodney Lee Castle, 50, of 7708 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 9:43 p.m. Thursday - Tabatha Lynn Blankenship, 52, of 7703 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:03 p.m. Wednesday - North Detroit Street, 480 feet south of Gillam Drive, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Melonie S. Williams, 32, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Caitlin L. Anderson, 27, South Maple Grove Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Williams complained of pain to the right knee left arm; Anderson complained of pain to both knees. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:57 p.m. Wednesday - 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Car hit four parked vehicles registered to Richard D. Orban, Crestlane Drive, Warsaw; Michael C. Smith, East Legacy Lane, Winona Lake;Thomas E. Ray, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw; and Timothy J. Travis, Brownsburg. Driver: Rhys J. Hill, 18, South CR 300W, Silver Lake. Hill was cited for driving the wrong way on a one-way road. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
