• 10:51 a.m. Tuesday - Bobby Grant Fillmore, 32, of 5583 N. CR 825E, North Webster, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - felony and domestic battery. No bond set.

• 2:44 p.m. Tuesday - Austin James Griffith, 26, of 3491 E. CR 1300N, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond set.

• 3:19 p.m. Tuesday - Kelli Jo Day, 35, of 5427 W. Ind. 114, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:54 p.m. Tuesday - Sheldon Glen Albright, 24, of 9222 S. Ind. 25, Rochester, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,750.

• 4:43 p.m. Tuesday - Mene D V Whatley, 26, Chicago, Ill., arrested on two counts of failure to appear - felony. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:28 p.m. Tuesday - Brent Steven Sherow, 27, of 1 EMS B61A Lane, #5, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, failure to appear - felony, failure to appear - misdemeanor and dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $46,150.

• 5:27 p.m. Tuesday - Mary Beth Minoletti, 49, of 404 S. High St., #4, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and strangulation. Bond: $6,000.

• 7:16 p.m. Tuesday - Ashley Lanae Mullins, 31, of 3762 W. Old 30, #621, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.

• 8:34 p.m. Tuesday - Nathan Paul Nelson, 20, of 315 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $637.

• 9:08 p.m. Tuesday - Shawn Prater, 39, of 3119 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond listed.

• 10:17 p.m. Tuesday - Kevin Rodriguez Rodriguez, 22, of 3762 E. Old 30, #42E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $600.

• 2:35 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Old 30, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Angela L. Morris, 42, Kokomo; Daniel A. Bales, 62, Goshen. Injury: Bales complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:10 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and East Market Street, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Ainsley R. Baum, 26, West Lake Street, Warsaw; Jacquelyn G. Sebesta, 61, Wabash. Injuries: Baum complained of chest pain and was checked out by EMS at the scene; Sebesta complained of head pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 7:13 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East CR 500N and North CR 700E, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Pamela K. Huskey, 55, Kimmell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 3:12 p.m. Tuesday - North Parker Street, 70 feet north of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Hope D. Beezley, 45, East Prairie Street, Leesburg; Rickey J. Brown, 59, South White Pine Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:15 a.m. Friday - A possible drug overdose was reported in the 200 block of South Higbee Street, Milford. A man was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:08 a.m. Friday - A theft of tools from a job site was reported in the 1800 block of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Loss: $20,705. KCSO.

• 12:31 p.m. Friday - A woman in the 7100 block of West CR 200S, Mentone, reported her brother was not breathing and possibly overdosing. KCSO.

• 1:49 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for intimidation and driving while a habitual traffic violator. WPD.

• 3:48 p.m. Friday - An investigation into a possible person driving while intoxicated was conducted in the 1800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:26 p.m. Friday - A man in the 9200 block of East Hiawatha Road, Cromwell, reported another man who had stayed with him less than three weeks stole camping and hunting supplies, a jacket and tools. Loss: $13,150. KCSO.

• 7:46 p.m. Friday - A driver was stopped in the 700 block of Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, for driving left of center and arrested for driving while intoxicated. North Webster Police Department investigated..

• 10:52 p.m. Friday - A traffic stop was conducted in the 9900 block of North Ind. 15, Milford, and the driver did not have a valid driver’s license. MPD.

• 12:44 a.m. Saturday - An officer investigated a vehicle that was running in a parking lot with a person slumped behind the wheel in the 2700 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. The person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. KCSO.

• 7:58 a.m. Saturday - A woman reported someone stole headphones from her vehicle overnight in the 100 block of EMS B60 Lane, Warsaw. Value: $200. KCSO.

• 10:07 a.m. Saturday - A domestic battery was reported in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:33 a.m. Saturday - A noise complaint was made in the 500 block of West Himes Street, North Webster. NWPD.

• 11:23 a.m. Saturday - A theft was reported in the 100 block of EMS B48 Lane, Warsaw. A laptop computer was taken from a vehicle. Value: $2,000. KCSO.

• 11:26 a.m. Saturday - Further information on a residential entry case was reported in the 100 block of EMS B40C Lane, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 12:35 p.m. Saturday - A woman in the 100 block of EMS B40 Lane, Leesburg, reported the theft of jewelry, cellphone and a radio from her vehicle. Value: $1,251. KCSO.

• 1:06 p.m. Saturday - A burglary from a garage was reported in the 4000 block of South CR 1200W, Mentone. Taken were tools, bicycle, camping and hunting supplies, lawn and garden equipment, vehicle parts and accessories, and other items. Loss: $769. KCSO.
