• 10:31 a.m. Thursday - Kory Douglas David, 40, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #58, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond set.

• 12:34 p.m. Thursday - Colin Jess Hill, 23, Walkerton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:08 p.m. Thursday - Killian Chase Hilliard, 22, of 506 W. Main St., Mentone, arrested for domestic battery and criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.

• 3:35 p.m. Thursday - Jessica Rae Manns, 23, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #45, Pierceton, arrested for burglary. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:19 p.m. Thursday - Shane Thomas Hogan, 46, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 7:46 p.m. Thursday - Ryan Paul Nicholas Rautenberg, 31, of 342 S. CR 325E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, domestic battery and failure to appear - felony. Bond: $107,000.

• 1:30 a.m. today - Hannah Lynn Rinehart Davis, 20, of 1121 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $15,250.

• 1:39 a.m. today - James Allen Bradley Jr., 22, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $15,250.

• 3:05 a.m. today - Jason Lee Hathaway, 41, of 3332 W. Neher Road, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangering the life of others. Bond: $700.



Personal Injury Accident

• 9:14 p.m. Wednesday - East U.S. 30, 500 feet west of East Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Car swerved to miss deer, went into a ditch, hit several small trees and then came to rest against a larger tree. Driver: Brittany S. Hanners, 28, Goshen. Injury: Hanners complained of pain to her head but denied medical treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 3:01 p.m. Wednesday - 1207 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Van hit parked SUV registered to Riagan L. Shell, South Union Street, Warsaw. Driver: Elizabeth R. Cox, 19, 11th Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:23 p.m. Wednesday - East Old 30, 1,500 feet east of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. Car hit turkey. Driver: Nathan A. Swartzentruber, 18, Millersburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 4:06 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 650W, 500 feet north of CR 100N, Atwood. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: James G. Bullington, 46, South Walnut Street, Mentone; Pamela J. Wright, 57, East CR 575N, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 10:32 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East CR 600S and South CR 400E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Davanna M. Schmucker, 20, North Barbee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:51 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred in the 6300 block of North Ind. 15, Leesburg, and marijuana was found in the vehicle. KCSO.

• 11:58 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of 1st Source Bank in the 300 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw, reported a fraud. WPD.

• 6:02 p.m. Wednesday - A juvenile threatened suicide in the 1000 block of South CR 250E, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:14 p.m. Wednesday - A vehicle accident in the 5200 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton, resulted in an investigation into a person driving while intoxicated. KCSO.

• 1:47 a.m. Thursday - A woman in the 6100 block of North CR 300E, Leesburg, reported receiving inappropriate harassing text messages. KCSO.

• 6:27 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported the theft of a vehicle and its contents in the 1800 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. Loss: $8,530.10. WPD.

• 12:16 p.m. Thursday - A bicycle was found in the 600 block of Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Value: $10. WPD.

• 9:37 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Kohl’s in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported the theft of merchandise. Loss: $2,000. WPD.

• 9:49 p.m. Thursday - A burglary was reported in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. Taken were a car stereo and tools. Loss: $1,125. WPD.

• 12:03 a.m. today - A man was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
