The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:08 p.m. Wednesday - Neyda Uibina, 21, of 1902B Sandpiper Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession/producing/distribution of false government identification, fraud on a bank/financial institution and false identity statement. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:49 p.m. Wednesday - Joe Angel Rodriguez, 29, of 46562 Ind. 13, Sidney, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $809.49.

• 4:17 p.m. Wednesday - Adam Nicholas Bielinski, 38, of 856½ E. Lincoln St.,  Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 4:42 p.m. Wednesday - Rachelle Elizabeth Blankenship, 22, of 120 E. Center St., Burket, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,750.

• 7:05 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Joseph Anderson II, 32, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #29, Pierceton, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $15,250.

• 9:03 p.m. Wednesday - Abigail Lee Pifer, 42, of 701 Robson Road, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 12:45 a.m. today - Brittany Starr Hanners, 28, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:10 a.m. today - Charles Derick Sanders, 29, Argos, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $213.



Personal Injury Accident

• 6:02 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Ind. 19 and West CR 200S, Mentone. Van-semi-tractor trailer collision; the semi was hauling several cars on the trailer and at least one car was damaged. Drivers: Haley M. Hedington, 18, 19B Road, Tippecanoe; John A. Smurdon, 46, Lake Station. Injury: Hedington complained of stomach, knee and hip pain and was checked out by medics at the scene and taken to a hospital by family. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 12:58 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West Market and South Washington streets, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: George W. Craft, 72, South Washington Street, Warsaw; Stacey R. Stanley, 42, South CR 550W, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:55 p.m. Tuesday - 1 Warrior Path, Syracuse. Car hit parked car registered to Alfredo Garza, West Emeline Street, Milford. Driver: Amanda L. Jenkins, 16, North Lake Street, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syra-cuse Police Department investigated.

• 4:13 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Christie L. Edwards, 45, West Lake Street, Laketon; Karl D. Moffett, 50, North Greenwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 6:46 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Tire of SUV came off, rolled into northbound lanes of travel, was hit by an unknown passing vehicle, bounced back into the southbound lanes of travel and hit the hood and windshield of a car. Drivers: John P. West, 40, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester; Jamie J. West, 40, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:28 p.m. Wednesday - South Indiana Street, 50 feet north of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Community Schools bus hit parked car registered to Charles M. Burns, South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Driver: Karen L. Olds, 49, West CR 350N, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

Incidents

• 7:52 p.m. Tuesday - A burglary was reported in the 4200 block of South CR 700W, Mentone. Heavy construction/ industrial equipment was taken. Loss: $1,165. KCSO.

• 8:26 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
