• 2 a.m. Monday - Bryan Kyler Moore, 24, Columbia City, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:03 a.m. Monday - Janice Sue Miller, 55, of 320 W. Main St., #325, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.

• 10:54 a.m. Monday - Dustin Wayne Hecht, 38, of 418E S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $676.50.

• 11:46 a.m. Monday - Kevin Dylan Stuckman, 20, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 1:04 p.m. Monday - Christopher Taylor Tackett, 21, of 3204 17B Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for battery by bodily waste. Bond: $500.

• 2:04 p.m. Monday - Jarred Jay Miller, 21, of 466 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 3:41 p.m. Monday - Matthew Dean Robinson, 30, Parker City, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 4:05 p.m. Monday - Ricky Allen Littlejohn, 52, of 1912 Robin Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:15 p.m. Monday - Sabas Valencia Muniz, 44, of 544 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:27 a.m. today - Michael Casey Bryant, 38, of 1835 Nye St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:07 a.m. today - Brian La Von Robertson, 38, of 4330 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.

• 4:13 a.m. today - Kennis Wayne Dye, 19, of 4648 W. CR 500N, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession of alcohol and theft. Bond; $600.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 4:46 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of East Center and North Buffalo streets, Warsaw. SUV-commercial truck collision. Drivers: April L. Neuhaus, 34, Kings Highway, Winona Lake; Steven L. Bowers, 51, New Haven. Injury: Savannah M. Potts, 13, Kings Highway, Winona Lake, a passenger in Neuhaus’s SUV, complained of pain to the hand but refused medical attention. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:19 p.m. Sunday - North Ind. 13, 75 feet south of East CR 500N, North Webster. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Kattie L. Wade, 27, Chinworth Court, Warsaw; Devin J. Sims, 23, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Injury: Wade complained of pain to her hand but refused medical attention. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 6:30 a.m. Monday - East U.S. 30, 300 feet west of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Two semi-tractor-trailer collision; one semi then drove into a ditch and overturned. Drivers: James T. Goins, 64, Lafayette, Ga.; R.E. Cotner, 64, Winamac. Injury: Goins had a small cut to his forehead and was checked out by Lutheran EMS. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. WPD.

• 7:26 a.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 1,500 feet west of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Car went off road, down an embankment and rolled twice. Driver: Kimmi J. Timmons, 49, East CR 400N, Warsaw. Injury: Timmons complained of pain to her entire body and was taken to Parkview Warsaw for medical evaluation. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 7:49 a.m. Monday - North CR 650W, 1,000 feet south of West Wallace Road, Warsaw. SUV went off road and hit a Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Morgan L. Bennett, 26, North CR 650W, Warsaw. Injury: Bennett was shaken but was not taken to a hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:37 p.m. Friday - 900 Provident Drive, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Nancy J. Strong, North Lake Street, Syracuse. Driver: Paul J. Haney, 93, Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $750-$1,000. WPD.

• 5:11 p.m. Friday - U.S. 30, 1,100 feet east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Pickup-van collision. Drivers: Mark Manns, 53, Knox; Kimberly A. Koscher, 40, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
