• 7:55 a.m. Thursday - Drent Byrom Reynolds, 42, of 6179 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 11:32 a.m. Thursday - Melissa Susan Milos, 30, of 1701 Vandeveer St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.

• 2:23 p.m. Thursday - Jason Robert Halfacre, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - felony and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:43 p.m. Thursday - Eugene Thomas Coffelt Jr., 61, of 188 E. CR 1150N, Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 8:10 p.m. Thursday - Tasha Marie Bruce, 26, Kimmell, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $5,750.

• 9:15 p.m. Thursday - Cal Matthew Himelick, 30, Columbia City, arrested for theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories with an unrelated prior. No bond listed.

• 9:33 p.m. Thursday - Willie Clarence Adams, 66, homeless, Fort Wayne, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.

• 9:43 p.m. Thursday - Steven Tyler Dubbs, 21, of 597-10 S. Old 13, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and battery resulting in moderate bodily injury - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:37 p.m. Thursday - Todd Lestat Prophet, 27, of 52 EMS B21 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.



Personal Injury Accident

• 6:10 p.m. Wednesday - South Packerton Road, 1,000 feet south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Car hit a bump, went off the road and hit a small line of trees. Clay and Wayne township fire departments called to the scene because the car was engulfed in flames. Driver: Nathan J. Berry, 35, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Injury: Berry had minor injuries to his face and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 12:40 p.m. Wednesday - South County Farm Road, 1,500 feet north of CR 700S, Claypool. Hitch receiver on a pickup attached to a trailer carrying a car broke, trailer crashed off the west side of the road breaking two Kosciusko REMC power pole guy wires and crashing into a fence. Driver: Derek M. Kaser, 26, Maplewood Lane, Roch-ester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 1:21 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 13, 60 feet south of East CR 1120N, Syracuse. Pickup pulling a trailer went off the road and hit some trees. Driver: Chad A. Wardlow, 35, West Himes Street, North Webster. Wardlow had an active warrant and a suspended river’s license and was taken to jail. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 3:32 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 300E, 2,000 feet north of East CR 1300N, Syracuse. SUV went off the road and sideswiped a guardrail. Driver: Zachary W. Downhour, 33, EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 2:32 p.m. Wednesday - An accident in the 11200 block of North Ind. 13, Syracuse, led to the arrest of a North Webster man. KCSO.

• 8:17 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 9800 block of North Lincoln Road, Syracuse. Loss: $1,451. KCSO.

• 9:21 p.m. Wednesday - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of East CR 225S, Warsaw. An out-of-control juvenile allegedly attacked his father. KCSO.

• 9:21 a.m. Thursday - A driver in the 5900 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton, reported another vehicle flipped up stone and damaged his windshield. KCSO.
