• 5:37 a.m. Thursday - Fernando Juan Ramirez, 36, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 111, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and failure to appear. Bond: $706.

• 7:55 a.m. Thursday - Drent Byrom Reynolds, 42, of 6179 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 11:32 a.m. Thursday - Melissa Susan Milos, 30, of 1701 Vandeveer St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.

• 2:23 p.m. Thursday - Jason Robert Halfacre, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - felony and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:43 p.m. Thursday - Eugene Thomas Coffelt Jr., 61, of 188 E. CR 1150N, Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 8:10 p.m. Thursday - Tasha Marie Bruce, 26, Kimmell, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $5,750.

• 9:15 p.m. Thursday - Cal Matthew Himelick, 30, Columbia City, arrested for theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories with an unrelated prior. No bond listed.

• 9:33 p.m. Thursday - Willie Clarence Adams, 66, homeless, Fort Wayne, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.

• 9:43 p.m. Thursday - Steven Tyler Dubbs, 21, of 597-10 S. Old 13, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and battery resulting in moderate bodily injury - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:37 p.m. Thursday - Todd Lestat Prophet, 27, of 52 EMS B21 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.



Personal Injury Accident

• 6:10 p.m. Wednesday - South Packerton Road, 1,000 feet south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Car hit a bump, went off the road and hit a small line of trees. Clay and Wayne township fire departments called to the scene because the car was engulfed in flames. Driver: Nathan J. Berry, 35, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Injury: Berry had minor injuries to his face and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 12:40 p.m. Wednesday - South County Farm Road, 1,500 feet north of CR 700S, Claypool. Hitch receiver on a pickup attached to a trailer carrying a car broke, trailer crashed off the west side of the road breaking two Kosciusko REMC power pole guy wires and crashing into a fence. Driver: Derek M. Kaser, 26, Maplewood Lane, Roch-ester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 1:21 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 13, 60 feet south of East CR 1120N, Syracuse. Pickup pulling a trailer went off the road and hit some trees. Driver: Chad A. Wardlow, 35, West Himes Street, North Webster. Wardlow had an active warrant and a suspended river’s license and was taken to jail. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 3:32 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 300E, 2,000 feet north of East CR 1300N, Syracuse. SUV went off the road and sideswiped a guardrail. Driver: Zachary W. Downhour, 33, EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 6:25 a.m. Thursday - South Ind. 15, 1,000 feet south of West CR 700S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Zane P. Lemon, 24, Mexico, Ind. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 8:13 a.m. Thursday - 2441 W. CR 250S, #104, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Matthew G. Wireman, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Driver: Kristopher C. Hawkins, 32, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 8:26 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Wilma J. Davis, 73, West Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw; Michael A. McGlennen, 69, South Ind. 25, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 11:07 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Scott Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: James A. Guffey, 76, East Washington Road, Pierceton; Andrew P. Balke, 37, East Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:46 p.m. Thursday - North Parker Street, 75 feet south of U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Martha E. Robinson, 96, Lake City Highway, Warsaw; Denyse M. Williamson, 80, North CR 700W, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:48 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Dollar General in the 6700 block of North Ind. 13, North Webster, reported a woman tried to pass a fake $100 bill in the store. KCSO.

• 1:55 p.m. Wednesday - A man was involved in a vehicle crash in the 6600 block of South County Farm Road, Claypool, and had a suspended driver’s license. KCSO.

• 2:32 p.m. Wednesday - An accident in the 11200 block of North Ind. 13, Syracuse, led to the arrest of a North Webster man. KCSO.

• 8:17 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 9800 block of North Lincoln Road, Syracuse. Loss: $1,451. KCSO.

• 9:21 p.m. Wednesday - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of East CR 225S, Warsaw. An out-of-control juvenile allegedly attacked his father. KCSO.

• 9:21 a.m. Thursday - A driver in the 5900 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton, reported another vehicle flipped up stone and damaged his windshield. KCSO.

• 2:47 p.m. Thursday - A natural death was reported in the 700 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:10 p.m. Thursday - An unwanted person was reported in the 1700 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:29 p.m. Thursday - A vehicle and its contents were reported stolen in the 600 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Loss: $7,750. WPD.
