• 12:21 p.m. Tuesday - Brittany Anna Rowe, 30, Lakeville, arrested for theft. Bond: $6,500.

• 7:48 a.m. Wednesday - Todd Allan Nash, 50, of 310 Boston St., Syracuse, arrested on two counts of invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 11:05 a.m. Wednesday - Garrett Mitchell Titus, 21, of 2304 E. CR 225S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 1:18 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Charles Kelly, 35, of 3648 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $461.

• 1:42 p.m. Wednesday - Ronald Richard Spaulding, 53, of 15919 E. CR 375S, Warsaw, arrested on nine counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $2,596.

• 1:48 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher Aaron Susaraba, 28, Mishawaka, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 2:48 p.m. Wednesday - Derek Michael Kaser, 26, of 5549 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 3:45 p.m. Wednesday - Chad Alan Wardlow, 35, of 402A W. Himes St., North Webster, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor and driving while suspended - infraction. No bond set.

• 4:30 p.m. Wednesday - Shelby Alyn Laubham, 25, Ligonier, arrested on two counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,411.

• 5:10 p.m. Wednesday - Robert David Ashby, 52, of 519D W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,500.

• 5:39 p.m. Wednesday - Wendy Michelle Steller, 49, of 519D W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,500.

• 6:47 p.m. Wednesday - Tia Shae Calland, 28, of 326 E. South Kitson Lane, Syracuse, arrested for counterfeiting, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/ hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:09 p.m. Wednesday - Derek Scott Goodsell, 29, of 1620 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:15 a.m. today - Justin Michael Alexander, 28, of 8791 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Personal Injury Accident

• 2:58 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Bronson Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Debra S. Parker, 65, West CR 525S, Claypool; Sabrina M. Hall, 32, East Center Street, Bourbon. Injury: Hall complained of neck pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:24 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Detroit and East Center streets, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Julius J. Gordon, 17, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; John T. Avery, 37, Mishawaka. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:42 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center and Roosevelt streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Barbara J. Shell, 71, Bremen; Robert D. Allen, 87, West CR 675N, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 3:15 p.m. Wednesday - 2621 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw. SUV hit concrete base of light pole. Driver: Parthenia A. Mosier, 34, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:13 a.m. Wednesday - A woman in the 2200 block of West CR 100S, Warsaw, was investigated for driving while intoxicated. WPD.

• 12:04 p.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 100 block of Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 4:41 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:37 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop in the 400 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw, turned into an arrest for a warrant. WPD.

• 7:54 p.m. Wednesday - A woman was arrested in the 500 block of Prairie Drive, Syracuse, for possession of methamphetamine. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
