Court documents filed Aug. 6 list her address as South Bend and the charges against her as two counts of theft, Class A misdemeanors, both with enhancements to make them level 6 felonies. She was previously convicted of theft in St. Joseph County on May 7.

On July 23, Warsaw Police officer Jacob Metzger responded to a theft at the Warsaw Walmart. Walmart Loss Prevention Officer Lisa Bronson told him she had been reviewing security video and found that in June a woman had stolen three televisions valued at $1,031.48.

Bronson also said she spoke with someone at the Plymouth Walmart and learned the same woman had stolen items from there and was arrested. By photographs and surveillance video, she was able to identify the woman who stole the televisions as the same woman arrested in Plymouth – Rowe.

Bronson told Metzger that on June 14, Rowe entered Walmart and selected a 43-inch flatscreen television, walking past all points of pay without paying for it. On June 20, Rowe entered Walmart, selected two 50-inch televisions, and left without paying for them.

On July 14, Rowe and a man entered Walmart and Rowe selected sound bars and many smaller items. The man attempted to push the merchandise out the store without paying but was stopped by an associate. He was identified as Joshua Roese, according to court documents.
